About FollicAtlas
FollicAtlas is an independent hair restoration assessment platform. We do not perform hair transplant procedures. We are not a medical clinic. We do not receive commissions from clinics. Our role is to provide independent assessments that help users make informed decisions before pursuing hair restoration treatment.
Our Services
FollicAtlas currently offers three assessment options.
Snapshot
• Free professional assessment • Delivered within 24 hours • Provides a concise professional opinion and general suitability assessment.
Blueprint
• Comprehensive personalized assessment • Delivered within 24 hours • Includes your FollicAtlas Score • Includes detailed analysis and recommendations • Includes 3 days of follow-up questions after your report has been delivered.
Executive Review
Includes everything available in Blueprint, plus: • Delivered within 24 hours • Three months of one-to-one independent guidance • Ongoing support during your decision-making process • Review of treatment proposals from clinics • Independent advice before and after treatment planning
Assessment Process
Your assessment is prepared using the information and photographs you provide. Providing complete and accurate information helps us prepare the most useful assessment possible. If the submitted photographs are not suitable for assessment, we may request new photographs before continuing.
Delivery Times
Snapshot, Blueprint and Executive Review are all typically delivered within 24 hours after all required information has been received. Unexpected delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.
Refund Policy
Snapshot is provided free of charge. For paid services: A full refund may be available before assessment work has started. Once assessment preparation has begun, refunds are generally no longer available because professional review work has already commenced. If a technical issue prevents delivery of your assessment, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
If You Are Not a Suitable Candidate
FollicAtlas provides independent assessments. A completed assessment may conclude that hair restoration surgery is not currently the most appropriate option. This does not affect the validity of the assessment or create eligibility for a refund. You are purchasing an independent professional assessment, not a guaranteed outcome.
User Responsibilities
You agree to: • Provide accurate information. • Upload photographs that belong to you. • Use FollicAtlas lawfully. • Avoid submitting false or misleading information.
Intellectual Property
All reports, graphics, branding, text and assessment materials remain the intellectual property of FollicAtlas unless otherwise stated. Reports are intended for personal use and may not be reproduced or sold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
FollicAtlas provides independent educational guidance. Our assessments do not replace an in-person medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment. Healthcare decisions should always be made with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page.
